Our Citric Acid is a weak organic acid and excellent non-toxic descaler for toilet and household appliances like kettle, bottles, cups and washing machines. It helps to removes tea stains and limescales caused by calcium build-up from accumulation of minerals present in the water when dried. It kills bacterial, mould and mildew. Its great for general disinfecting and effective at removing soap scum and hard water stains (aka Limescales), calcium deposits and rusts.
Avoid: Natural stones like granite and marble as the acid will cause damage to the surface.
Instructions:
Descaling: Fill the container with 80% (60-70°C water) and add 1-2 scoop of citric acid.
Cleaning Washing Machine: Citric acid 1: 20 Water
Cleaning Tea Stains and Cups: Citric acid 1 : 3 Water
For serious scale accumulations, repeat steps
